All the items you add in the configurator are directly visible, including the total costs, so what you see is what you get.
Please keep in mind, some variable costs are not included in this price. The quotation does not include:
- Transportation costs;
- Travel and accommodation expenses;
- VAT;
- Full color cloth disassembly and repackaging for reuse;
- Local service costs, i.e. forklift, packaging, trusses, hoists and suspension points;
- Content of any audio-visual equipment or media.

Once finished designing your stand, request a quote via the ‘’request offer’’ button.
We will contact you to discuss everything about your exhibition participation and
make any adjustments if needed.
Thereafter we will present you a cost estimate including all variable costs.
Please take in account some extra costs, depending on location, utilities etc.

After approval, we will make your design reality!
